Maternal Health Niagara is a well-established clinic est. 2017. Our team specializes in supporting people during the perinatal period AND BEYOND (children, youth, individuals, and couples). Our focus is rooted in trauma, attachment and relationships. We are seeking an experienced and passionate associate psychotherapist to join the team. We have a high influx of referrals and are looking for the right fit in a therapist. We aren't looking to hire simply, we are looking for someone who aligns with our values and clinical approach so that we can grow together for our community.
The demand for in-person services requires the candidate to be able to offer services in our new St. Catharines office. The areas of care include individual therapy, children/youth, couples, and families.
The clinician can develop their schedule based on office space availability. The ideal candidate will be available on either evening or weekend days.
The position is for an associate, not an employee/employer relationship.

Att: Emily Pollak, Clinic Owner
Providing mentoring opportunities to master students is an important way Maternal Health Niagara gives back to the field. Emily Pollak, MSW, RSW, offers clinical supervision and placement opportunities for Master Level Social Work Students.
Maternal Health Niagara will not provide external supervision for placement interns. We recognize that some practices accept students for their business model; however, those owners do not qualify as supervisors, as they do not meet the clinical requirements. We believe that a quality placement provides internal supervision, which helps ensure safe and ethical practice.
If you wish to submit your application, please send a letter of interest and resume to Emily Pollak at hello@maternalniagara.ca
**Please note that Emily will not accept applications for Yorkville University.
Please note we are now booking consultation calls for mid-March.
