 Now Hiring: Psychotherapist (MSW or RP)
Location: St. Catharines, Ontario (In-Person) and Virtual in Ontario
Position Type: Associate – Part-Time
Start Date: Flexible


Maternal Health Niagara is expanding and seeking a warm, reflective, and ethically grounded clinician to join our trauma-informed team. Our practice is rooted in the principles of attachment, trauma, and relational healing, with a special focus on perinatal and maternal mental health. We are committed to offering compassionate, attuned care and are looking for a like-minded associate to grow with us.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • MSW or RP in good standing (RP Qualifying not eligible at this time)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
  • Registered and residing in Ontario
  • Experience working with couples and/or children
  • Training and clinical application in trauma-focused approaches (e.g., EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic, FLASH, IFS)
  • Skilled in attachment-based and bottom-up modalities.
  • Clinical strength in assessment, case conceptualization, and crisis intervention
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Professional liability insurance required by start date
  • Willingness to complete perinatal mental health training upon joining (self-funded)

  • Warm, authentic, and emotionally attuned
  • Grounded in ethical practice 
  • Strong communication and administrative skills
  • Comfortable with both children/youth and adult populations
  • Availability for evening or weekend sessions
