Perinatal Mental Health  Clinic: You will need to be receiving perinatal care at Sinai Health and a referral from a health-care provider or Toronto Public Health nurse.

To refer a patient to Perinatal Mental Health

North York General offers perinatal psychiatry with Dr. Sevetlana Emelianova. 

Referrals to the Reproductive Life Stages (RLS) Program for pregnant and postpartum patients must include a completed EPDS form. **Referral required by care provider

Please include hospital of delivery and EPDS score in the referral for triaging purposes.  Referrals will not be accepted without this information.
