Cancellation Notice Requirements
We value your time and the time of our practitioners. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and no-show policy will apply:
Minimum notice required:
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
1st Time of Cancellation
Less than 48 hours: $50
Less than 12 hours- 50% of session fee
After the 1st late cancellation, any future late cancellations will be subject to the therapist’s full fee
No-Show (missed appointment without notice) 100% of the session fee (full fee)
Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment:
More than 48 hours before your appointment:
You can cancel or reschedule directly through the online client portal, or contacting the client care coordinator or your therapist.
Less than 48 hours before your appointment:
Please contact your therapist directly to cancel.
Please do not reply to appointment reminder messages, as replies are directed to our Client Care Coordinator and are not received by your therapist.
PAYMENT: FEES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
* Please not extended benefits often do not reimburse for cancelled and no show fees.
Note:
Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to late cancellation fees, as outlined in our policy.
