The perinatal time is transformative and life-changing. Perinatal Mental Health includes family planning, trying to conceive, perinatal loss, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

People from across Ontario seek services at Maternal Health Niagara because of our specialized training in perinatal wellness. Since opening in St. Catharines seven years ago, we have provided care to over a thousand clients with various needs. Our psychotherapy services extend beyond the perinatal period to embrace all life stages in life.
