Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without service fees.

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.

A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments and maintain a card on file for clinic billing purposes, including outstanding balances, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, or fees not covered by insurance providers.

Clients remain responsible for any fees not covered, denied, or delayed by their insurance provider. While Maternal Health Niagara may offer direct billing as a courtesy, insurance approval and reimbursement are not guaranteed.

Outstanding balances may be charged to the credit card on file in accordance with clinic policies and consent agreements.

Repeated late cancellations, frequent rescheduling, or non-attendance may impact continuity of care and ongoing service availability.
