I am Emily, the founder and owner of Maternal Health Niagara. With 18 years of tenure supporting families and my lived experience in my perinatal journey, I am proud to have established the 1st Maternal Mental Health clinic in the Niagara Region. The perinatal period is transformative and life-changing. It can be a time of feeling overwhelmed, isolated and alone. We are here to support you so that you can work towards feeling like yourself again.
After opening our doors six years ago in 2017, we have provided care to hundreds of people, including individuals, children, and families with various needs. Our care areas expand beyond the perinatal period. We are here to meet you where you are at.
My goal at Maternal Health Niagara is to ensure you feel connected, supported and nurtured.
Thanks for inviting us to be part of your circle of support.
Warmly,
Emily Pollak, MSW, RSW
Clinic Owner
We are a team of regulated health professionals passionate about supporting people during the reproductive/ perinatal period and BEYOND. People from across Ontario seek services at Maternal Health Niagara for our specialized training in perinatal wellness.

Therapy is a personal journey, and your needs matter. We recognize the importance of having a good fit with your therapist and will work with you to ensure you find it. If your therapist isn't the right fit- reach out, and we will match you with another team member.
We want to acknowledge the use of the land Turtle Island. At Maternal Health Niagara, we gather on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe and Haudenosaunee people.
We are thankful for the healing circle our Indigenous community has created to support one another. We believe in this teaching and honour it in our philosophy of care.
Our team is committed to social justice promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. We practice using cultural humility, anti-racism and anti-oppressive frameworks. We recognize that the field of Social Work has caused harm to the Indigenous community and the systematic institutionalization of trauma inflicted on Indigenous people.
We are ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
