Trauma-focused care– specialized support designed to help you process and heal from life’s most difficult chapters in a intentional, and compassionate way.

Attachment-based approaches–  exploring how early and current relationships shape the way you feel, connect, trust, and respond to others.

Genogram exploration – looking at family history and generational patterns to better understand how inherited experiences, values, and relational dynamics may be influencing your present-day story.

Somatic Experiencing lens – noticing how the body carries stress, overwhelm, and past experiences, while learning ways to support regulation, safety, and reconnection with yourself.

Parts-informed approach – identifying the different parts of yourself that hold emotions, memories, and protective responses, and helping those parts work together with greater understanding and balance.

Strengths-based approach – recognizing and building upon the resilience, insight, and coping capacities you already carry within you.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – supporting the brain’s natural healing process so distressing experiences can feel less overwhelming and more manageable over time.

Flash Technique / Four Blinks – an innovative, low-distress method that helps your brain quickly process traumatic or upsetting experiences while you stay focused on positive, calming thoughts.

Spiritual therapy – holistic approach that creates space for faith, spirituality, values, and meaning-making, supporting clients in drawing on these aspects as sources of grounding, healing, and connection through life’s transitions.
